Job Responsibilitie

Job overview:
Mainly responsible for the company's new product development, design and debugging, analysis and verification of alternative materials, optimization of old products, and assist in the production of abnormalities and provide technical support

Main duty:
a) Feasibility analysis of new product hardware development (process, cost, etc.), project planning, plan formulation;
b) Design and compile the product plan (hardware);
c) Participate in the sample production and small batch trial production of product development, and solve the abnormalities in product development;
d) The overall control and follow-up of the new product development progress, and regularly report the progress of the project and the results of the work;
e) Responsible for reporting the review results of each stage of the project, sorting and submitting project documents;
f) Optimization of old products, technical support, and other tasks.

Job requirements

a) Bachelor degree or above in electronic information, communication engineering and other related majors, and at least 2 years of experience in optical module product electronic hardware development;
b) Proficiency in the use of professional software for schematic design;
c) Have a good theoretical basis for circuit design and a certain amount of hardware debugging experience;
d) Good English, with strong English reading and writing skills;
e) Hardware circuit design of communication electronic products, 40G, 100G high-speed optical module circuit design experience is preferred;
f) Have good communication and coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to withstand certain work pressures.
